Terms of Service
1. General Terms ▼
- By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- Digital Delivery: All deliverables are purely digital. No physical items will be shipped.
- Will NOT draw: Elderly characters, babies, NSFW content, and furries.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter.
2. Payment Terms ▼
- 100% upfront payment is required before I start working.
- For large orders exceeding $400, payment can be split into two installments: 50% upfront (before the sketch) and 50% after the sketch is approved.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal and Visa/Mastercard (processed through Hipolink).
3. Work Process & Revisions ▼
- Standard Commissions: The creation process is divided into four stages: Sketch ➔ Colored Sketch ➔ Rendering ➔ Final Delivery.
- At the Sketch stage, I will provide 3 sketch options for you to choose from. (Note: This step and the 3 options do not apply to Skeb-style commissions).
- Revisions: Major/global changes can only be made during the Sketch stage. Minor fixes related to design inaccuracies are completely free, provided a clear, high-quality, and non-sketchy reference was originally supplied.
- Any revisions requested during the Rendering stage will incur an additional fee.
4. Deadlines & Refunds ▼
- Deadlines vary depending on the complexity and scale of the artwork. An estimated timeframe will be discussed prior to payment.
- Refunds are only issued in the event that I miss the agreed-upon deadline. In such cases, a 50% refund of the total commission cost will be provided. No other refunds are permitted.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights ▼
- Artist Rights: I retain full copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to publish the artwork on my social media accounts and include it in my professional portfolio.
- Personal Use (Base Price): You receive the rights to the finished digital file for strictly personal use (e.g., icons, personal banners, wallpapers).
- Commercial: Content: Using the artwork for monetized digital content, including streaming, Twitch assets, YouTube videos, and promotional materials, requires a 35% fee on top of the base price.
- Commercial: Merchandising: Using the artwork for physical merchandise or prints intended for sale requires a 100% fee on top of the base price.
- Free Monetization for Small VTubers: Small VTubers with fewer than 1,500 followers are granted free content monetization rights for their commissions.
6. Privacy Options & NDA ▼
- Delayed Publication: If you need to delay the public posting of your commission (e.g., for a birthday gift or a planned debut), this is initially free. However, if the artwork needs to be withheld for a very long period, an additional fee may apply.
- Full NDA (Do Not Publish): If you require absolute privacy and request that the artwork never be published anywhere, a +100% fee of the base commission price will apply.
7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy ▼
- Strictly NO AI. You are not permitted to use my artwork for AI training, AI-generated animations, or modify the artwork using any AI tools or generators.
